Free Returns & Exchanges:

Customer-Initiated Returns & Exchanges:

• If you wish to return or exchange an item for another reason (e.g., doesn't match your decor, change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

How to Return or Exchange:

2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service.
4. Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 2 business days.

• Returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
• We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
